Why this happens
An overflow warning means the current fixed paper cannot contain all visible content. Menuvera keeps the content on its owning page, so you can correct the page or content rather than losing anything.
How to fix it
Check the page layout
Confirm the selected page size and orientation suit the amount of content you want to present.
Review the content
Look for long descriptions, many dishes, variants, add-ons, or metadata that extend the physical page.
Adjust spacing and type
In Design, reduce space between sections or items, or adjust typography sizes while preserving your menu’s hierarchy.
Use page margins
Open Page → Margins. Menu pages use one shared margin; Cover and Back pages retain their own margins.
Preview and export
Wait for the page-fit check, review Document Preview, then export once the current page fits.
When to change the page setup
If reducing content or spacing is not right for the menu, try a different orientation or column count from Page settings. Export uses the same composed layout shown in Document Preview.
