Review paper settings, template spacing, and page fit before sending a PDF to print.

Match the intended paper

Choose A4, A5, or Letter and the correct orientation in Page settings. Confirm the printer or print service will use the same paper format.

Check the complete layout

Review columns and the Page content fits status for every page, then inspect the template-owned spacing across the entire menu in Document Preview.

Inspect the exported file

Download the PDF and view it at 100% scale before ordering a print run. Confirm page order, readable type, prices, and restaurant information in the final file.
